What can we learn from bees cooperative world?

In this experience we will work communication, cooperation, group cohesion, improve trust between the team, resource management, improve time management, leadership, creativity, commitment to nature, raise awareness about functional diversity, fun and motivation



  • Let’s visit a farm at 45m from Barcelona with awesome mediterranean sea view.
  • Let’s reflect about the cooperative organization of bees.
  • Let’s learn about the biology of bees, assess their pollinating function to maintain biodiversity, learn how honey, pollen, wax, and propolis are made and what their properties are.
  • Let’s learn about the history of beekeeping.
  • Let’s extract honey from the hives.
  • Identify the diversity of the native flora.
  • Make insect hotels or candles from the wax.
  • Let’s share and learn from people with disability.
  • Group:

    min-max 10-200 pax.

    All year round, except August, Christmas and Easter holidays. From November to February you can do the experience but there is no contact with the bees.


    Catalan, Spanish, and English. Other languages ​​are possible with a translator but there will be a surcharge.

    Price does not include transport. We can arrange you a private transport in case you need it.
    In case it rains, we will schedule the experience for another day. In case you can not do it another day, we will refund your payment.

  • 3 hour Workshop about organization strategy, or team’s performance, or CSR in your company. Additional price: 590€.
  • Pairing workshop: 39€ per person.
  • Other event planning services: photo-video coverage and calculation and compensation of greenhouse gases.
  • Lunch: instead of vegetarian paella, you can have chicken or sea paella, or  recipes from the world experience. Additional price per pers: 19€.

    This experience promotes knowledge and respect for the environment.
    The farm is a project that gives job to disabled people. They work in beekeeping and as guides of the experience. Share and learn from mentally disabled people.
    The farm is managed under social and solidarity economy criteria: they use ethical banking, efficient use of resources, participatory, transparent work organization. Personal conciliation is allowed.
    Lunch is made with ecological and local products.
