Greenevents is a social economy entrepreneurship that designs and organizes sustainable experiences in and around Barcelona. These include Positive Impact Team Building, Volunteering, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities.

Our Team Building and CSR Activities go beyond fostering skills like team engagement, cohesion, communication, leadership, and motivation. They also offer an enjoyable learning experiences about nature, sustainability, and socio-laboral integration for individuals with mental disabilities or vulnerable immigrants. We offer workshops on strategic organizational reflection, team performance, and CSR tailored for your company.

Coordinator

I have been passionate about sustainable development and economy with positive social and environmental impact. I have studied Anthropology, International Relations, Business Administration (MBA), Social and Solidarity economy, and sustainable event planning. When I studied Anthropology I had specialized in Ethnoecology, Political Ecology and Society-Nature Relationship. I've worked in marketing and sales areas and I've had complemented my porfessional experience with sustainability activism, promoting networking between social economy enterpreneurs. Greenevents emerged as part of my activism in the XES, a Catalonia association that promotes Social and Solidarity economy.

Jorge Ruelas

Web Designer and Programmer

I studied Marketing and Commercial Management a ESEM - Madrid and throughout my professional life he has taken various courses in market research, analysis of financial products, sales management, web development, image / video editing and drone piloting. I am characterized by having a strong vocation for customer service.

Sarah Von Aspern

Germany groups Project Manager

I am original a “Hamburger Deern”, I have found my passion for events in Hamburg, but my heart is in Spain. I started to love and work in the event world ten years ago. After my event management studies in Germany and realizing affection for organizing, travelling and communicating, with creating events all over the world, I moved to Spain. In the past years she enjoyed experiences as a project manager in various international projects, as well working in event agencies in Germany and DMC´s in Spain. I love the worl of live-marketing and it is great to have the chance to improve, invent and create new ideas. For many years and now more than ever I am focussing on sustainable events and CSR activities and I am trying to incorporate it in every project.

I have worked in coordination of cultural programs. I have skills in communication, team animation and coordination. I am bilingual Spanish-English. I studied at the State University of New York Empire State College.

Who We Are

Greenevents Barcelona is a social economy enterprise specializing in crafting and orchestrating Social and Ecological Positive Impact Team Building, Corporate Volunteering, and In-Company Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities, in and around Barcelona.

For us, sustainability is a collaborative journey towards constructing an equitable society, ensuring fundamental socio-economic needs for all, while ensuring that economic impact does not harm the environment.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

– Group: min 10 ppl.
– VAT is not included in prices.
– Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English. We might be able to accommodate for other languages at a higher rate.

– 50% of payment must be done at least one month in advance of booking, other 50% percent must be done, at least one day before the event.
– You will get a certificate for having done a sustainable experience or activity.
– You will get photos and a short video as a souvenir.
– If it rains, the event will be done with an umbrella or it will be scheduled for another day.

Total Cancellation of Services:

The client has the right to cancel the contract without reason, with written notice to green events. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the following cancellation fees:

  • 30% of the invoice if cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before the event.
  • 50% of the invoice if the cancellation occurs between 15 and 4 days before the event.
  • 100% of the invoice if the cancellation occurs within 4 days of the event.

Additionally, the client can reduce the number of participants by 10% without reason, with written notice to green events, up to 5 days before the event.
